Travelcraft is open on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time.(10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time), plus limited hours on Saturday.
24-Hour Emergency Reservation Service
For needs arising outside of business hours, our online booking tool (see below) can handle most needs. When hands-on assistance is needed we offer BCD Travel T24, our live agent 24/7 reservation assistance center in Kansas City. T24 is interfaced to our computer reservation system. They can see and modify any existing reservation we have created for your travelers, and of course create new reservations that simply cannot wait until morning.
24 Hour Online Booking
With simple Internet access, travelers can access their reservations or make new ones 24 hours a day with Amigo-Plus, our user-friendly password-protected online booking tool that matches the ease of consumer online booking tools yet implements corporate cost controls Amigo-Plus includes all of the BCD corporate contract rates for our 15,000 hotels, as well as any air or hotel contract rates that may be proprietary to your company.
