Negotiated Rates
BCD Travel offers the great BCD program of negotiated room rates greater than 15,000 hotels worldwide. Our negotiated rates typically are 20% lower than corporate rates. They are offered at many of the world's best hotels including Hyatt, Hilton, Westin et al.
Last Room Availability
As a unique feature of our negotiated room rate program, for a hotel to participate in our program they must commit to making these rates available for any room they have remaining. This means you will never again have to hear that the hotel is available but your special rate is sold out. With American hotels averaging 64% occupancy in 2000...and 73% in cities...you have significantly reduced chances of securing corporate rates these days unless you have last room availability.
Rooms On Reserve
When a city is completely sold out, you may still be able to get a room from BCD Travel. That ís because at 950 selected hotels in major cities we block 3,500 rooms every night of the year and hold them just for our clients. A minimum of 2 business days notice is required to utilize this service.
